This makes our life easier and we place enormous value on the can-do attitude displayed by the Consenna team and their lightning-fast approach to resolving any issue, whether reseller or user-facing.”

“For our sales team it is the responsiveness of the HPfE programme team that is a real competitive advantage. The speed with which they pivoted the programme once schools were closed and the wealth of bespoke online resources available, have really made HPfE stand out in the ed tech marketplace.”

Customer Challenge
With a vision to significantly elevate its impact on teaching and learning, HP tasked Consenna with creating, launching and maintaining a brand-new HP for Education (HPfE) programme, for 2020.
Solution
Engaging from the outset with educators, Edtech providers and selected HP education partners, Consenna ensured students and teachers were central to the programme, delivering against the core priorities of educational institutions. This produced a programme that is highly relevant to educational needs, a source of great content for teachers and senior leaders and an unrivalled source of EdTech solutions. Then Covid hit. Teaching changed overnight.
Consenna quickly expanded the programme to include a comprehensive support package for educators, students and parents faced with a sudden shift to home learning. Within just seven days the programme had pivoted to reflect this profound change.
Developed against such a uniquely demanding backdrop, the programme nonetheless needed to remain cost effective, simple to use and set a benchmark for customer service.

The Result
Within the first six months of the newly expanded programme, over 600 new schools had registered equating to a 35% uplift compared to the entirety of the programme until that point. The education insights, channel partnerships, laser-focussed customer service and personal touch employed by Consenna were all cited as key factors in the programme’s success.
